This company with an international presence is redefining the tools in the field of human resources for their clients. The need to be the reference among their clients and employees by helping them in the hiring process and for this they needed the renewal of their applications, adapting them to a multi-device environment in which to optimize the document management processes.
The refactor of Synergie services started with the insights obtained in the research phase. We analyzed the key processes of the company at the hands of its main users to extract the main use cases. This helped us know where we could automate the most repetitive tasks. With this clear idea, we focused on the most urgent tasks. Tasks that usually required fast action on the part of the administrators, to guarantee the security of the employees maintaining the contracts up to date.
Each administrator can manage thousands of users with dozens of variables associated with each one. Therefore, for the new tool, a powerful filtering capacity was key, as well as being able to create and edit personalized views for each user. Thanks to this, the administrator can select a certain category on which to execute actions in a massive way.
Maintaining updated contract information is key to ensure the safety of workers and companies. Therefore, within the automation of tasks we integrated third party signature technology, thanks to which an administrator can select a stack of contracts and sign them all by entering a single signature, helping to reduce time costs by avoiding repetitive actions.
